Meet Kingstar Media’s Chief Motivation Officer, Peri!

No matter what industry you're in, every office needs that one special pick-me-up for when the going gets tough. Luckily for us here at Kingstar Media, our company cheerleader is always there when we need her: our Chief Motivation Officer, Peri!

Named after Nando's Peri-Peri sauce, a condiment that matches her spicy personality, Peri is a three-year-old Pomeranian dog whose smile keeps our offices cheery and motivated. As her biggest fear is being left alone due to her separation anxiety, Peri is a total people person and loves being around all of our employees! She loves treats, cozy snuggles on blankets, playing in the snow, and most of all, dressing up. Note, she usually has three costume changes for Halloween!

Taking the 504 streetcars to work every day, Peri is always able to bring us up from the usual stresses of work. According to studies, pets have calming effects for humans, which allows for a more productive workplace in return. Specifically, pets in the office allow for small mental breaks as a reminder to relax and not overwork yourself, making Peri a reminder of work-life balance. Bringing the office together through a good laugh, it's always a nice surprise to see Peri temporarily break account meetings whenever she walks by our conference room window.
